Case study
krivoozerska.ua — the corporate website of a mineral water producer
Not a business card but a working channel: distributor enquiries, a coverage map, certificates, vacancies and a bilingual version
- Client
- Krivoozerska TM — mineral water producer
- Industry
- Food manufacturing, beverage bottling
- Website
- krivoozerska.ua
- Engagement
- fullstack development, competitor analysis, UX and project coordination
The problem
A producer's website is the place a prospective distributor or retail chain visits before the first conversation. So the brief was framed not as "build a website" but as closing several specific business tasks:
- give grounds for trust before the first call — production, the well, certificates;
- turn casual interest into a structured partnership enquiry;
- show the geography of presence — so a partner can see the scale rather than take it on trust;
- close the HR task: the plant sits in a small town and needs a permanent hiring channel;
- let the company update content itself, without a developer for every piece of news;
- open a path to foreign partners with a site that reads in more than Ukrainian.
The project started without a technical specification, so competitor analysis, UX research and content planning — the part a client normally brings — we took on ourselves.
Results
- The site became the brand's main showcase and the first point of contact with distributors and retail chains.
- Enquiries arrive structured, with precise geography, and do not get lost — both sides receive an email automatically.
- The question of trust — production, the well, certificates — is settled before the first conversation rather than during it.
- The coverage map shows the scale visually and helps plan entry into new regions.
- A permanent hiring channel appeared, and the company updates content on its own, without a developer.
- The site runs in two languages: the English version is indexed separately and was filled in gradually, without taking the site down.
- A typo is fixed in a minute by whoever spotted it — and still goes through an administrator.
For the client, the corporate site stopped being an image expense and became part of the commercial process: it filters, collects and hands the manager an already prepared contact.
