Case study

bakery.krpk.net — a showcase website for the Krivoozerska bakery plant

A public showcase instead of a price list sent as a file: a catalogue you can share with a link and a place for new partners to apply

  • The home page answers the partner's first question — who you are and at what scale — before they scroll

  • 154 items grouped by category, with search — the link a manager sends instead of a PDF

  • Every card carries the photo, weight and packaging — and says outright when something is out of stock

  • The application form: an enquiry arrives structured instead of as a phone call somebody has to remember

  • Contacts and directions — for a plant in a small town, being findable is half the job

The problem

The bakery plant works mostly in B2B: its customers are retail outlets, shops and chains. Yet online the company effectively did not exist. To find out the range, the weight and packaging or the terms of cooperation, a prospective partner had to call and reach the right person, and managers kept forwarding the same price list as a file. What was needed was a public showcase: so the products could be shown with a link, and new partners had somewhere to leave an enquiry.

What we built

Product catalogue

Cards with photos, descriptions, weight and packaging, grouped by category. A manager sends a link to a section instead of a PDF price list, and the customer sees the current range rather than "last month's" version.

Top items

A dedicated block on the home page for best sellers and seasonal novelties — to direct the visitor's attention instead of leaving them alone with the full catalogue.

News

The company writes about new products, trade fair appearances and changes in its work by itself. A living site earns more trust from a partner who has only just found you.

Partner registration

A cooperation application form right on the site. Enquiries no longer get lost in calls and messengers — they collect in one place.

Admin panel

The catalogue, news and content are edited by the company itself — without a developer and without paying for every small correction.

Responsive layout

The site reads equally well from a shop owner's phone and from a manager's desktop.

Results

The company now has its own presence online: the products can be shown with a link, enquiries from new partners arrive structured, and the content is updated in-house — so the site does not "freeze" six months after launch. Together with the ordering portal this forms a complete partner journey: getting to know the range on the showcase site, and then placing daily orders independently in the portal.
